Bano Qudsia was conceived on 28 November 1928 in Firozpur, British India, as Qudsia Chattha. Her dad was a Bachelor of Agriculture and her sibling Pervaiz Chattah was a painter. She moved to Lahore with her family after the segment of India and had started composing short stories while considering in class 5.
