The Law of the Adhaan to say during the plague and plague | وبا اور طاعون کے وقت اذان کہنے کی شرعی حیثیت | Maulana Muhammad Samiullah Wani Al-Kashmiri
In The Name of Allah, The Most Beneficent, The Most Merciful
It is the law of the Adhaan to say during the plague and plague (وبا اور طاعون کے وقت اذان کہنے کی شرعی حیثیت) by Maulana Muhammad Samiullah Wani Al-Kashmiri
Since yesterday many of my colleagues have asked me whether it is permissible to call upon the roofs of mosques and houses in order to protect them from pests and natural disasters, as many clerics say that it is permissible for them to do so. And give their fatwa about it in several hadiths!
In my view, there are several types of hadeeth books about the adhaan in the time of pestilence and calamities, which are the basis of which many scholars give the verdict of its validity and validity, and such prayers were heard in many places at night! I review three traditions here...
Let's see what the ahadith mentioned are about and the researchers have made a careful decision about this...
01-First tradition: Anas bin Malik Qal: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
Translation: "Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:" When a call is made to a town, Allah Almighty protects the town from its doom on that day. "
Research and Invention: This tradition is narrated by Imam Tabrani in al-Mujam al-Qabir (746), al-Ma'am al-Awasat (3671) and al-Ma'am al-Saghir (499):
Hadith - Saleh ibn Shoaib al-Basri: Na Bakr ibn Mohammed al-Quraishi: Abdul Rahman ibn Saad ibn Ammar ibn Saad al-Safwan ibn Salim ibn Malik...
It should be noted that this document is strictly weak and incomprehensible. There are several reasons which are sufficient to prove it invalid and invalid:
1. There is one narrator in this document, Abdul Rahman bin Saad bin Ammar, who is a weak Hadith near Muhadithin.
2. Then there are two Ravi Bakar bin Muhammad al-Qarashi and his disciple Saleh ibn Shoaib al-Basri.
In my view, this tradition does not come from any other document which can be presented as a follower or witness. This is why Shaykh al-Albani (may Allah have mercy on him) has also mentioned this tradition in Za'eef al-Taraghib and al-Tahreeb (165). "Has ordered...
Warning: In view of this weak and untrue Hadith, there is no mention of anything that should be called upon during the epidemic or plague, but it is mentioned in the Absolute Adhan which is called for the time of the outbreak. Feature is irrational and irrefutable !!!
02- Second Narration: An-Abi Hariri: The Messenger of Allah (PBUH):
Translation: "Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: When Adam came to India, he felt nervous when Gabriel sent down the call."
The narrator goes on to narrate that when Gabriel was giving the call to Allah, and when he said this martyr: Ashhid the Prophet Mohammad, Adam started asking: Who is this Muhammad (PBUH) ?! So Gabriel said: These are your last descendants of the Prophets.
Investigation and Creation: This tradition was narrated by Ibn Asakir (2/323/2) from Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Akhbarna ayah ibn Bahram al-Kufi akhbarna Abdul Malik ibn Abi Karimi ana Amr ibn Qais Atta ibn Bibi Rabah an abi Hariri (RA). What a tradition!
Commenting on this tradition, Shaykh al-Bayani writes in al-Hadhid al-Zaidif (579/1):
(And this is the reason why Ali bin Bahram...
Namely: "This certificate is weak because I do not know Ali ibn Behram!"
It should be noted that no one of Ali bin Behram's authentic hadith has been endorsed and amended, but they are also present in the eyes of all the Hadiths !!!
The second reason for this tradition is that in his certificate, Ali ibn Bahram's disciple is Muhammad ibn Abdullah bin Sulaiman. Two Ravi by that name are famous as Kufi and the other Khorasani!
About Kufi Ravi, Imam Ibn Minda writes: "Majahul"
And Imam Dhabi (may Allaah have mercy on him) devised a Hadith!
Shaykh Albani (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: (والظهر هنا أنه الول)
That is, "Here is the first narrator (Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Sulaiman Kufi)."
For details see: Al-Hadithi al-Zaidif-ul-Lalbani (579/1)
It has been found that the hadiths are too weak on account of the two compulsions presently, and it is not possible to argue the issue under discussion, nor is it permissible for the Messenger of Allah to do so! Because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: (علي من علي علي علي علي علي علي ما علي ما لم فل فليتأ أيت فلأ فل فل فل فل فل فل)))))) () علي) (من (()
Translation: "Whoever says my name in something I have not said will make his abode in hell"
(Sahih Bukhari, Hadith Number: 109)
03- Third tradition: ('Ali Ali: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), or Ibn' Abi Talib! أ أ ك ح ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ز ُ ُ
Translation: "It is narrated from Hazrat Ali (RA) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: O Ibn Abi Talib! I see you sad, so tell any of your family members that they should listen to you. I pray because it is a medicine for her (grief). "
Research and Creation: This tradition is narrated by Sahib Kunz-ul-Amal (5000) from Imam Dilmi and describes a long and long document which often contains the rituals of kababin and the ablutions, and such certificates are with the Hadiths. Doesn't matter! As scholars know...
